Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy

The prime purpose of Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries occur, due to over exertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.

Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement.

Massage helps to relieve stress, relax muscles and increase joint mobility and is also available for those of you who are not sport-minded but still get those aches and pains associated with daily life, whether you’re a manual worker, have a desk job or just feel like your muscles could do with a rub down.

Soft tissue therapy can be used to treat a large range of common aches and pains that most people just struggle on with. Equally, if you have injured yourself in a fall, or from taking part in a sport, soft tissue therapy can be used to help treat the injury, helping you to heal better and quicker.
